LEXER APPROACHES UCM AND CUNEF YOUNG LAWYERS AT THEIR JOB FAIRS

After the summer, the activity is back in full swing and we continue to participate in different events to publicise the work we do at Lexer.

This week we have attended the II Legal Employment Fair, organised by the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, which aims to promote the relationship between the university and the professional world, encouraging employment and training.

During two days, September 23rd and 24th, twenty of the most outstanding law firms, offices and institutions, with Lexer among them, showed our work to the students and, at the same time, they took advantage of the occasion to get to know each other and get information about possible job offers and the characteristics of the selection processes.

In addition to having our stand at the Fair, where two of our lawyers from the Defence of Entities Dept. assisted by telling the students about their day-to-day work in the offices, we had the opportunity to give a special presentation about our office, which was attended by students from the Master’s Degree in Access to Law.

To complete this week focused on employment, on September 26th we attended the CUNEF Employment Forum, where we also had the opportunity to exchange work experiences with young university students who want to get their first job.

These are very positive experiences that allow us to be in contact with the lawyers of the future and that we hope to repeat on future occasions.
